Every picture tells a story… don’t it? | ‘THE CROSSING’

One of my social media connections, a reader who has enjoyed some of my writing, that I also now consider an online friend, posted this picture from a vacation. One of his connections, also one of mine, Debra commented something to the effect that, “Dennis Lowery could probably write a story about it…” I’ve done that several times for people, taken a picture they sent me and then written a story based on what I see in the picture. Well, I had to rise to the challenge. Dan’s picture became: ‘THE CROSSING,’ a 3,371 word short–suspense–story. The story is included in my NIGHT DESCENDS collection.
